Business Development Manager - Denmark

Title: Business Development Manager
Position: 100%, permanent position
Office in Denmark: TBD

We are experiencing strong growth both domestically in Norway and internationally. As part of our international strategy, we want to grow further in Denmark. Our core business model is direct-to-customer sales through frame agreements with a wide range of corporate customers.

We are now looking for the best Business Development Manager EVER to help us reach our strategic objectives.

We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Manager (Denmark). As Business Development Manager you will lead and coordinate our sales-efforts in this market with focus on increased market share and profitability. Responsibilities includes sales strategy, development and sales as well as budgeting and reporting.

To be successful as our Business Development Manager, you should have strong commercial and negotiating skills with an extensive relevant network.

Industry and product knowledge (Workwear and personal protecting equipment - PPE) is a requirement. Good knowledge and understanding of the end-user landscape and procurement behaviour is another desired competence. Outstanding candidates should be able to work without supervision and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

  • The position reports to the company’s Regional Manager
  • Independently achieve annual budget and contribution targets
  • Researching the country and region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Implementing Wenaas brand strategy and ensuring consistency in our message
  • Building professional relationships with our clients
  • Building and maintaining the reputation and values of our organisation.

  • Extensive and well documented sales competence
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills


The position will require both domestic and international travel.

We serve many of the major end-users in industries around the world. Our core business model is direct-to-customer sales through frame agreements with corporate customers.

We are now looking for two (2) high calibre Key Account Managers to help us reach our strategic objectives in the Swedish market. The primary focus for these positions will be to hunt new customers and maintain existing customer relations within, but not limited to, segments such as building & construction, utility, uniforms, fire & rescue, and light and heavy industry.

As our Key Account Managers based in Gothenburg, you will lead and coordinate our sales-efforts in key markets with focus on increased market shares and profitability. Responsibilities includes key account management and sales.

To be successful as our Key Account Manager you should have strong commercial and negotiating skills and an extensive relevant network.
