EN 397:2012 – Schutzhelme für die Industrie
Safety helmets for industry require that they be designed to protect the wearer from falling objects, protection against penetration by sharp objects and flame resistance. A helmet may also meet the following non-mandatory requirements:
- Very low temperatures (–20 °C or –30 °C)
- Very high temperatures (+150 °C)
- Electrical insulation (440 V) Molten metal (MM)
- Lateral stiffness/Lateral deformation (LD)
