We Are Looking For:

  • Commercial Mindset: A self-starter with a proven track record in B2B solution selling (PPE or Industrial experience is highly valued).

  • ​​​​​​​Communication: The ability to negotiate complex contracts and present technical solutions to safety managers and procurement directors.

UK Channel Sales Manager

Your mission is to build and optimize a high-performing network of distributors and resellers that amplifies the reach of Wenaas products across the UK. As our Channel Sales Manager, you will own the strategy for our indirect sales network in UK.

Your Impact:

  • Network Strategy: Design and execute a plan to recruit and onboard top-tier safety distributors.
  • Partner Enablement: Empower our partners with the training, marketing tools, and commercial support they need to win.
  • Revenue Growth: Negotiate commercial terms and drive sell-through campaigns that maximize margin for both Wenaas and our partners.


We Are Looking For:

  • Channel Expert: Proven experience in distribution management or channel sales within the PPE/Industrial sector.
  • Builder: Someone who enjoys building a network from the ground up rather than just maintaining one.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in contract negotiation, margin analysis, and joint business planning.
  • Location: Ideally based in the Central Belt, but open to UK-wide remote for the right candidate.

Customer Support Specialist – Dordrecht, Netherlands

We are looking for a service-minded team member to join our international team in Dordrecht, Netherlands.

You will be assigned a portfolio, where you will handle daily follow-ups and support in close cooperation with your colleagues from customer service and the sales team.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • You will have full ownership of your portfolio, supporting them throughout the entire order process
  • Advise product and order-related inquiries and guide customers about products, delivery, and pricing
  • Register new orders, track shipments, handle simple invoicing questions, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Participating in customer meetings online or in person
  • Collaborate with your colleagues


We are looking for:

  • You genuinely enjoy helping people and want to give them a great experience.
  • You like having a clear plan and finding practical solutions to problems.
  • It is a bonus if you have worked in customer support before.
  • You are comfortable talking with customers — whether if it is over the phone or in meetings.

With a turnover of 1 Billion NOK, we are now launching a strategic expansion into the German market. We are looking for a commercial pioneer to lead this growth. You will be the face of Wenaas in Germany, tasked with establishing our footprint among major industrial players in the Maritime and Energy sectors.

Your Impact:

  • Market Entry: Spearhead our sales operations in Germany, identifying and securing high-value contracts with end-users (B2B).
  • Strategic Hunting: Proactively map the market to convert cold leads into long-term key accounts.
  • Network Building: Establish Wenaas as a trusted partner by networking with HSE managers and Procurement Directors at industry events (e.g., A+A fair) and site visits.


We Are Looking For:

  • The "Hunter" Mindset: You love the thrill of chasing new business and closing the deal.
  • Industry Expert: Experience in selling PPE (PSA), Technical Workwear, or Industrial Safety Solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Location: Based in Northern Germany (Hamburg, Bremen, Niedersachsen) with easy access to key maritime hubs.
  • Language: Professional fluency in German and English.
