Direct Sales Representative – Aberdeen, Scotland

As part of our continued growth in the UK market, we are now looking for a driven and ambitious Direct Sales Representative to join our team in Aberdeen.

What you'll do:

  • Drive direct sales efforts towards end-user companies in maritime, oil & gas, and energy sectors
  • Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Represent Wenaas Workwear at industry events, client meetings, and site visits across the UK

Sales Representative – Dealer Sales UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Wenaas is a leading manufacturer of high-quality workwear, protective footwear and gloves serving demanding  industries such as shipping, oil & gas and energy.  As part of our continued growth in the UK market, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Representative to help strengthen our presence among resellers and distribution partners.  This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing dealers and resellers to grow our market presence and increase sales through indirect channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in PPE, workwear, or industrial safety products and a strong network of contacts within the UK distribution landscape.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a UK-wide dealer and reseller strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners, dealers, and resellers in target regions and sectors.
  • Manage and nurture existing dealer relationships to maximize sales performance and brand loyalty.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and promotional agreements with partners.
  • Support dealers with training and product knowledge to enhance sell-through.
  • Monitor sales performance by channel and market feedback.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to create channel-specific campaigns.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing and emerging opportunities.
  • Attend key trade shows and networking events to expand visibility and recruit new partners.
  • Collaborate with our international sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work independently from a home office or hybrid setup, ideally located in the center belt of the UK.


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum must has experience in channel sales, distribution management, or dealer development within the PPE, workwear, or related industrial sector.
  • Existing network of relevant contacts (distributors, trade resellers, safety equipment suppliers, etc.) in the UK.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and margin management.
  • Proven ability to launch and grow a distribution network from the ground up.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • UK-based with willingness to travel nationally as required.

Sales Representative – Singapore

We are a leading provider of high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE) and workwear for demanding B2B industries such as shipping, oil & gas, and energy. As part of our continued growth in the UK market, we are now looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in Singapore.

What you'll do:

  • Assist to drive the sales of Wenaas products tailored to the Shipping and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across shipyards, offshore platforms, drilling contractors, marine, shipping, and energy companies.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts by understanding their operational needs and providing safety solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to end users, HSE managers, and procurement teams.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, client projects, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer site visits, both offshore and onshore, when required.
  • Report regularly on pipeline development, sales performance, and market insights.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably within the PPE or similar roles within the marine, shipping, and oil and gas sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Marine and Oil & Gas industry, with an understanding of industry trends and client requirements.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Ability to travel within the APAC Region.
