Travel day for International team. Arrival Åndalsnes.
16:45 - Bus from Vigra.
19:00 - Dinner - meet in the lobby at the hotel. Bring a jacket it is about 10 minutes to walk.
Tuesday 26th of August
Arrival Åndalsnes for national team and Sweden team.
14:00 Bus from Vigra to Åndalsnes
17:30 Meet and greet with your Wenaas co-workers in the lobby.
18:30 Dinner at Grand Hotel, Åndalsnes (sales organization)
Wednesday 27th of August
06:30 Breakfast
08:00 Sales meeting all day at Grand Hotel, Åndalsnes (sales organization). Meeting room: Romsdalsstua.

11:30 - Take-away lunch and final joint session in the Romsdalsstua
12:00 - Buses from Åndalsnes to hotel in Ålesund (Scandic Parken Hotel)
12: 00 - Buses from Måndalen to hotel in Ålesund
13:30 - Lunch /check in at the hotel
15:30 - Meeting: We are Wenaas. Banquet hall (Bankettsal), 2nd floor.
17:00 - Peronal time for you to get ready to the party.
19:00 - Aperitif. Meet in the lobby bar.
19:30 - Buffet. Annual company party. Banquet hall (Bankett sal), 2nd floor.
Dress code: Formal
02:00 - Bus back to Måndalen for those who do not want to stay one night at the hotel.
Saturday 30th of August
Breakfast and "Bye bye".
09:30 Bus to airport Vigra.
10:00 - Bus to Måndalen/Åndalsnes.
Thursday - Activities and BBQ:
It will be an enjoyable and social time together, with a variety of activities – something for everyone! We’ve planned both low-threshold options and more challenging activities for those who want a bit more action.
1. Light team activities and friendly competitions for all.
Team activities – perfect for everyone, regardless of experience, fitness level, or mood. It’s not about winning, but about having fun and enjoying each other’s company. Our goal is to create a sense of togetherness, laughter, and great memories in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere – where everyone can join in on their own terms.
2. Hiking to Stortrollvatnet: 2.5 km, 1 hour, elevation gain 231 m, difficulty: moderate.
3. Hiking to Kjøsen: 2.6 km, 1 hour 30 minutes, elevation gain 629 m, difficulty: moderate/hard.
Important practical information:
Light team activities:
- Wear sneakers or similar footwear that is comfortable to move in
- Wear casual sportswear or clothing that is comfortable for informal outdoor activities
This is not a workout session, so no need to worry – the main goal is to have fun together and strengthen our team spirit.
Hiking:
- Wear sneakers with good grip or hiking boots
- Dress for the outdoors – bring a sweater, windbreaker or rain jacket in case of weather changes
- Carry a small backpack with water, a snack, and any essentials you might need

And after the activities – we’ll fire up the BBQ and enjoy a well-deserved party together!
